This is a very good toy for training yourself for a real vagina. My recommendation is to place the toy in some blankets so you can climb on top and thrust into it as if you're having sex. I've certainly strengthened by core a bit this way and when I get back to being with my girlfriend after having to be away from her for months, I think she will appreciate the thrusting power I've developed. Me and my husband have been married 10 years so something new and exciting is always a good thing, I have been saying for years I was going to get him a toy like this since I have many of my own.
