There were no English instructions however it was pretty easy to figure out. My only complaint would be that the cord is loose in the plug in to the machine. However I remedied this with a little tape when I use it. Otherwise this machine is great! Noise level is nothing that can't be covered up with some music or a fan.

This is a must have for those that enjoy toys. It allows for the threesome without the third person. The wife is able to control the depth and speed while attending to my needs too.
