Works very well with the Premium Sex Machine. This attachment holds even the most aggressively ribbed dildos in place. (Assuming the Vac-U-Lock dildo was made well. The attachment itself is only part of the system.) This was my first experience using Vac-U-Lock system with a sex machine and I have to say I will probably never go back to suction cups or velcro dildo holders again. I can use the attachment with the extension rod but heavy or bigger dildo will not work well . Update. After contacting the seller about my vac doc adapter don't fit my machine, they shipped me a different one and it work now with the machine and also the extension rod .seller very helpful and corrected the issued. The attachment is not like some of the other cheap attachments. It is very sturdy and has some weight to it.
