Fortunately, Edwin and his/this company's excellent customer service posture made things right - and right away. We received a new one that - so far - works perfectly. The design of the unit and the quality build only serves to reinforce that I made the right decision to buy here and through them. In spite of the hiccup - hey, its a machine - I would buy it again from "this" vendor. Enjoy!
