Under running water rinse the outside, and use your hand to rinse her off like you would a woman. Run water into the orifices, and use two fingers to clean them out. Don't be afraid to be a little rough. Dry the outside with a hand towel, and the inside with small pieces of paper towel until dry. Put back in the box. Wash, rinse, repeat ;-)
