Arrived fast, discreet packaging. Very soft silicone material. Charges quickly. Many speed settings so youll always find just the right one for you. Small in size, good for small hands. Only thing I'd say that could use improvement are the buttons. They are flush with the wand, so not easy to locate in the dark. Once it's on, there's an indicator light, but turning it on was difficult. Would have gotten 5 stars if I could find the buttons.
