I really enjoy that this machine has multiple speeds on a turn dial and that you can adjust the angle of it too. There are suction cups on the side to prevent it from moving but it hasn't been a problem. It comes with an attachment already and was really easy to set up. The attachment is very soft which is nice.
The machine is a little big so if you're trying to hide it then you might have a problem ;)
