This is a wicked good time for your 'lil buddy, especially if he's not so little. If you are 5.5 inches around or more you need the US model. I know cuz I tried both.

Other reviews are disappointed with the one-time use. I'm here to say it doesn't have to be so. I've been using mine for 6 months, about two times a week and it is holding up fine. Just be good about cleaning it.

There's a lube soaked sponge in the opening of the toy, take that out and toss it, that's the part that can't be reused. Besides, I found it to be scratchy and distracting.

After you're done having your way with Ms. Stylish Soft Tube just pull the silicon sleeve out and wash it out. To put it back together I pull out the foam liner, wrap it back around the sleeve and slide it all back into the shell. Easy as pie. The only problem is I get a little turned on messing with it and sometimes decide to go again.

With the price and the ability to reuse it this toy is an excellent value. On top of that it's the most pleasurable toy I've found.

The thing has a little tab you can pull off one end that covers an air hole. If you push up inside this, hold it for a second, then put your finger over the hole, you'll get a sweet little gentle vacuum on yourself. It's not at all like a pump, no not that strong. It's just a good firm sucking - hmmmm... accompanied by some slurping noises. Kind of sounds a little like gagging, that could be a good thing.

I like this thing. You can get up inside it without being completely hard. It does come close to feeling like the real thing (except that the darn thing takes forever to warm up, so it's cold at first). And I'd guess it can help you maintain longer during fun with your partner. I've had a bunch of sessions with this, and it shows no signs of wearing out or breaking, but then again I'm careful with my toys and I pull out in time.
