The overall size is small, around 6.5 in length, so if you're any bigger, you might want to look into getting something else besides this. The masturbator has a soft, flesh-like feel to it. Inside the opening (mouth) there is a soft tongue and plastic teeth, which is supposed to represent a real mouth. There is no opening in the back, so cleaning can be hassle.
