You really have to see it for yourself! Every bit 12 inches and thicker than you can wrap your hand around. Firm but also very bendable and on the squishier side of toys I've had. Just a note, lube lube lube and warm yourself up before hand. Definitely not for beginners.. Other than that, BUY this and enjoy! ;)
