Very impressed by the build quality and how easy it is to change the tips. The heat function is great as well. The packaging is impressive and serves as a good storage location as well as the carrying pouch if you are looking to be more discrete. The unit itself is rechargeable and does not need batteries which is nice. The unit is quite as advertised. And best of all it works great! The wife lasted only about a minute on the full setting!
