Works very well with the Premium Sex Machine. This attachment holds even the most aggressively ribbed dildos in place. (Assuming the Vac-U-Lock dildo was made well. The attachment itself is only part of the system.)
This was my first experience using Vac-U-Lock system with a sex machine and I have to say I will probably never go back to suction cups or velcro dildo holders again.
This attachment is so easy to use and clean. The build quality is great, I can imagine it lasting for quite a while. (The whole unit is made from metal.)
