Got it today, this attachment does not fit the machine BUT fit the 30 Cm extension rod that I order. Weird.
I can use the attachment with the extension rod but heavy or bigger dildo will not work well .
Update.
After contacting the seller about my vac doc adapter don't fit my machine, they shipped me a different one and it work now with the machine and also the extension rod .seller very helpful and corrected the issued. Thank you.
