When I received the first machine it did not work for more then two weeks. I spoke to customer service and was ultimately sent a new machine. The machine now working fine hopefully it holds up. I'm giving this review five stars because of the great customer service. One of the best I've interacted with. The premium sex machine is excellent as well.
