My wife is an adult cam model, and uses this for her shows. She had one of these that was just a pelvis, and it worked well for her. Apparently the male appendage on this particular model is a bit more...robust. As a result, she has to work up to using it. It should also be mentioned that the torso is very small: she calls her Tyrion, if that is any indication of size. Otherwise, it's a good piece of equipment. Durable, easy to clean, and doesn't smell like a toxic dump.
