Its no flesh light but it does the job well. The firstnuse can be mind blowing and even a few after but eventually it gains wear and tear. It will still be pleasurabke but the "lips" completely rip making it feel like its a hole in a jaw. Its cheap so replacing it inst best. My advice? Get this for on the go and privacy. If you have privacy in your home. Spring for a flesh light. And you may want to look past this if your bigger than above average. I get a nice tight fit but I come out at the top which is only good for clean up
