Ok so this is my first plug. I have used beads and such but this takes the cake!! I would not say to use this as a trainer tool. It's a tad wider than I had imagined it. But I love it and would totally buy it again. Just don't buy it if you are just starting out. Took me even a few minutes to get it worked through the widest part. Butt once it was there was amazing was quite comphy also. Total winner...
