My muscles get really stiff after me and my girlfriend go out to the gym. It loosens my muscles in seconds and it feels great after a long days workout. It packs quite a punch at the highest setting. It's quite cheap too. Cheaper the most Massager I've seen out at the mall. A great Christmas present for anyone who works out a lot or has sore muscles.
