Just used this for the first time & it was most definitely the best orgasm I've ever had. A lot of people are reviewing and saying it was really loud, they must have had it at the highest setting because I used it on the lower settings & it did not seem very loud to me. The vibration is really, really strong so it may hurt for some people but for me the lowest setting was just perfect. Great price, too!
