I was worried about comfort when I bought it, but it's made of really soft material, and there's nothing uncomfortable about it! Also, it says they're disposable, although if you're with the same partner, I don't see why you can't just use it, give it a good wash, then use it again until the battery runs out! Screaming O indeed!!! Really fun!! The one thing I would not recommend is to wrap the ring around your scrotum and shaft...just keep it around your shaft. I tried around the scrotum and the shaft and it just got really uncomfortable (and actually hurt a little bit) after a few minutes. Around just the shaft is comfy and turns my whole member into a vibrator! My girl loves riding me even more with this thing on! Less work and more play for me? YES PLEASE!!

However we both, thoroughly, enjoyed this! For me, it was a similar experience to the jack rabbit vibrator. My boyfriend explained that his end result was very much intensified and really enjoyed the entire experience and added some additional fun into bed time!
