For what I paid, the product is awesome. It feels quality. I like the adjustable nipple clamps.
It really needs to have snaps or clips around the mouth piece. I bought this hoping it would, so I could replace it with a bigger O ring, but it was attached on with rivets. I ended up cutting the O ring off and sewing snaps on either side so I could clip in different sized gags. It took me about an hour, and it looks pretty great!
I still rated 5 stars because nowhere in the description did anything mention there being clips. I had been hoping - but it wasn't much trouble at all to modify. If you are looking for a visually appealing ring gag, this is for you - however, if you are planning on using the ring for more "utilitarian" purposes, and you aren't at least a competent seamstress, maybe look elsewhere.
