There are plus's and minus's to this wonderful device. The only minus for me is that it will stay put inside me..... However I over came this by attaching it to a curved wood wand that allows me to not only manually hold it in place, but manipulate it in and out or side to side and with patients and abit of stimulation I can ride a wave of orgasmic pleasure for a long period of time, which is exactly what I was hoping to achieve with a prostate massager.
